Durning your consultation we will discuss your injury, your employment and your claim status along with what expectations you might have. We will go over how the workers’ compensation system works and discuss in detail if hiring an attorney is right for you.

The more information I have on your case, the better advice I can give. Please bring all claims paperwork, treating doctor reports and any Agreed Medical Examiner (AME) or Panel Qualified Medical Evaluator (PQME) reports you have. I will be happy to go over these documents with you and help you to understand what they are communicating.
